Availability – All tutoring sessions must be booked at least 12 hours in advance. Tutoring sessions can be booked up to 3 weeks in advance. If I am not available at a time that works for you, you can contact me to request an alternative tutoring time.
Session Length – All tutoring sessions are scheduled for 55 minutes. I schedule a 5 minute break between tutoring sessions to make sure that all tutoring sessions start on time. If you schedule 2 tutoring sessions back-to-back, that 5 minute break is optional.
Refunds – All tutoring sessions are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your tutoring session or transfer your tutoring session to another person, if needed.
Rescheduling – If you choose to reschedule your tutoring session, you must reschedule it at least 24 hours before the scheduled starting time. Tutoring sessions that begin in less than 24 hours cannot be rescheduled. Please contact me to reschedule your tutoring session.
Transferring – You can transfer your tutoring session at any time. To transfer your tutoring session to another person, please forward the confirmation email to them and then contact me to let me know that I should expect them at the tutoring session instead of you.
If you choose to transfer your tutoring session to another person, you are responsible for collecting any agreed-upon payment or compensation from that person. I will not collect any payment from them and you will not be refunded any part of your payment.
Tardiness – You are responsible for showing up to your tutoring session on time and making sure that you have the required software downloaded in advance. If you do not arrive on time, you will not receive the full 55 minutes of tutoring. I will wait for you until you arrive and then we will finish your tutoring session at the scheduled end time.
No-Shows – If I do not see you in Zoom, I will call the phone number you provided. If you do not answer the phone, I will email you and then wait for you to arrive in Zoom or call me back. If you do not arrive by the scheduled end time, then you forfeit your tutoring session and you will not receive a refund.
No Guarantees – Math Tutoring Online does not guarantee any specific outcomes as a result of tutoring. My goal is to help make math easy for you but ultimately your success in math depends on you.
Limitation of Liability – In the event of litigation, Math Tutoring Online’s total liability shall not exceed the amount of money that you paid for tutoring services.
